School Early Release Policy

To take a student out of school early for appointments, etc., we have established an Early Release Policy.  Please follow this policy before showing up to take a student out of school early.

*Parent sends a note on the morning of the appointment, requesting that the student is dismissed early.  Please list student’s name, time of release, the reason for release, date, phone number, who is picking up the student, and parent signature.  The student will take the note to the Attendance Office before school.

*If a note is not sent in the morning, please call in the morning to let us know the above information.  707-747-8340

*If picking up before 12 pm, your student will be waiting in the Attendance Office.  If after 12 pm, your student will be waiting in the Main Office.

*The person picking up the student will be required to show ID and sign the student out.  Students cannot wait outside to be picked up.

*When the student returns to school, they will need to bring their medical note to the Attendance Office.
