We are pleased to announce the launch of our 2018 Power of Kindness student video contest sponsored by District Attorney Krishna Abrams and County Supervisor John Vasquez. We are inviting all Solano County students in grades 7-12 to participate. Please see the attached flyer for further contest details. The finalists will be invited to a “red carpet” event where their videos will be screened and the winners announced.
Create a video to illustrate what positive behavior looks like and show others the power that kindness can have on your school and community.
Please submit your video via the dropbox link at www.SolanoCounty.com/Kindness (no later than the April deadline). A photo/model release must also be signed and submitted with your entry. Failure to do so will prohibit any winning video from being shared with the public. Finalists will be invited to a video premiere of their work with an awards ceremony to be held in May.
