8th Grade Parents Promotion Google Form, please complete:

Dear 8th grade parents,
We are reaching out to you as a parents at BMS with a goal of working together in coordinating the 8th grade promotion. In speaking to several families, not everyone needs 7 tickets for promotion and some are asking for more. We are asking you to tell us how many tickets you would like for the promotion up to a maximum of 7. If some families only need 2 or 4 tickets, this allows us to accommodate other families that would like to request more than 7.

We are requesting that all 8th grade parents to complete this form no later than Friday May 18 so we can put tickets together and communicate with families in regards to tickets. Thank you in advance for coming together as a community and supporting each other.

We will communicate with the families who requested more than 7 tickets the week of May 21. We will distribute tickets directly to students in class on Tuesday June 5. As a reminder, the promotion will promptly start at the BHS Football Stadium at 3 pm on Thursday June 7 and take about 1 hour. The parking lots at BHS will be open for you to park at 2pm on June 7 and students will need to report to the BHS gym by 2:15pm. You will not be allowed to park before 2pm. For those that have a handicap placard, you can park at Mary Farmar elementary school and we will have golf carts available for transport.

A reminder that students cannot wear spiked heels on the turf field. Students can wear wedges, platform, flats, and flip flops. In the stands, please do not use umbrellas, have balloons, or use noise makers as it takes away from the experience of every family from hearing and seeing their child during promotion.
